With eCOM, we were able to streamline the said process as we receive the orders including payment and return details in a real time manner plus the fact that we are able to eliminate encoding errors as we have integrated this into our ERP solution. We are able to meet the accounts service delivery agreement, minimal wrong deliveries and late deliveries plus we are able to save money on penalties.
