The excellent collaboration with the eCOM project team ensured full alignment. With eCOM, we get the info that we need to process (POs) and we are able to send what the customer needs (ASN). The AS2 transmission is excellent and we have had no issues on performance or availability. The Web Collaborator tool is also an excellent companion to allow us to validate 100% complete and ontime EDI process. Now, we have real time replication of all PO and ASN messages.
