With this in mind, our customer subscribed to eCOM’s AS2 Gateway and Hosted Translation Services,
to ensure that ORDERS would flow straight to their SAP system. Prior to implementing these solutions, not only did they do batch processing of ORDERS, but they also had to assign a resource to go to the office every weekend. This is to upload the orders to the SAP and process the Advanced Shipment Notice (ASN) requirements of their suppliers.
